VVDI Key tool Read Hitag AES, Can it work?

VVDI Key tool updated version, still not able to tell if it is locked/unlocked. I don't have any other keys, then these. I ordered them from Chinese sellers.

Tips: 
It’s normal VVDI KEY TOOL or handy baby cannot read data Hitag aes can just read ID. If you want to read if you are lock or unlock. Test on car. For example : on clio4 with clip you can show if you card is virgin or not. With Nissan consult I don’t know if you can.
