How to Cut VW Passat Key via Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus?

This is a 2001-2005 Volkswagen Passat door lock, today I’ll use the Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus key cutting machine to cut a key for it. 

Have been dismantled and decoded Passat lock, here we go to cut the key directly.

Press on XC-Mini Plus tablet screen, 

Key duplication >> Volkswagen >> Passat >> B5.5 - Typ 3B / 3BG(2001-2005) >> Confirm

Input the 8 bitting codes: 33112334

Fix the key blank flat on the clamp.

This time I’m using an emergency plastic key blank, so press “Cut Key Plastic”. Otherwise, press “Cut” for common metal key blank.

Condor XC-Mini machine starts cutting...

As you can see, it is cutting very neat.

Wait until cutting completed.

Clean the iron scraps, and take out the key to have a try.

Alright, it fits the lock and can open it.

Xhorse Mini Prog and VVDI Max Program VW CC 2013 Key on Bench

Today, I successfully used Xhorse Mini Prog and VVDI Key Tool Max to program VW CC 2013 Key on Bench. 

Look at EEPROM M95320 (pressure) that is removed from the car. 

Prepare:

1. Use the tool to clear the chip pin. 

2. Connect the device and the adapter.

Put the adapter on the chip (press the light button to turn on the floodlight).

Part 1. Read M95320 (pressure) EEPROM

Meanwhile, on Xhorse APP, switch to Mini Prog, and then click on "EEPROM and Flash" -> ST -> M95XXX -> M95320 (pressure) -> Read -> EEPROM -> Start Operation -> Continue -> Reading completely and save the file. 

And you can see "OK" at the back of Mini Prog. 

Part 2. Prepare dealer key

Back to Xhorse APP and switch to Keytool Max, tap "Special Function" -> Immo Data Tool -> Asia -> VW -> Passat -> Comfort ID48 - 95320 -> Start Execution ->Local file -> Mini_Prog -> M95320 (pressure) .bin -> Trying to decrypt dump buffer... -> Tick off "Key4 (Unuse)" -> Place the new VVDI Super chip into the keyhole of VVDI Max -> Prepare dealer key -> Tick off "Megamos 48" and tap "Ok" -> Ok -> Prepare dealer key success. It can start engine after writing back new dump file -> Save the new dump file. 

Part 3. Write M95320 (pressure) EEPROM Completely 

Take VVDI Super chip out of the VVDI Max.

Back to the main menu of Xhorse APP, switch to Mini Prog menu, click on "EEPROM and Flash" -> ST -> M95XXX -> M95320 (pressure) -> Write -> EEPROM -> Start Operation -> Tap "Select" to select the write file -> Local file -> Mini_Prog -> M95320 (pressure) .bin -> Back to "Write - EEPROM - M95320 (pressure)" and meanwhile Put the adapter on the chip (press the light button to turn on the floodlight) -> Start Operation -> Continue -> Write completely and you can see "OK" at the back of Mini Prog. 

Thumb up Xhorse Mini Prog, VVDI Max, VVDI Super Chip. The whole process is smooth and pleasant. 

How Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Read Kia/Hyundai ID46 Pin Code?

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max can read Kia/Hyundai ID46 pin code successfully, so does Mini Key Tool. Today I’m gonna try it on a Kia Sorento XM 2013 using a working key ID46 chip.

Firstly, make sure Key Tool Max is connected with WIFI.

Put the working key into Key Tool Max coil, let’s start:

Transponder clone >> Read transponder >> Clone >> Start clone >> Kia/Hyundai password >> Original key clone(recommend) - long distance snifter

It is sniffing data...so place Key Tool Max as close as the programming slot here and insert the working key to turn it on.

Snifter data success.

It is asking to put the working key into Key Tool Max coil again.

Wait for calculating data until 100%...

Calculate success.

Pin code was readout.

Now you can use the Kia pin code to program keys.

BMW X4 CAS4/CAS4+ Add Keys via Xhorse Key Tool Plus by OBD

How to program a new key for BMW X4 CAS4/CAS4+ with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus by OBD? Prepare a working key & a blank key, let’s get to start:

Read Key Info

Connect VVDI Key Tool Plus with OBD2 port, press

Immo programming >> BMW >> Automatically diagnose models >> Start programming

Generate keys via OBD >> Read key information >> Continue >> Continue

Unlock CAS4/CAS4+ >> Read warning, press “Yes”>> Save here >> OK

Wait for processing until 100%...

(Please don’t touch any button on the car!)

CAS4/CAS4+ unlock success! 

You can make a dealer key or reset KM via OBD!!! Press “OK”.

Generate Dealer Key

Prepare dealer key with ignition switch >> Select a blank key position: Key 3 >> Yes >> Have a working key, use this key switch ignition on then click this item

Insert working key to ignition switch, press “OK”.

Key information was saved, press “OK”.

Insert a new key to the ignition switch and turn on or put it close to the emergency start position.

Press “OK”.

Key learn success!

If you need to add more keys, just repeat from “Prepare dealer key with ignition switch”.

Let’s try the new keys now, all can work well.

CAS key data is encrypted, support make dealer key for it. Once failed, please contact the dealer! Press “OK”.

The current CAS is encrypted, needs a working key to prepare new dealer key.

Please input a working key into the VVDI Key Tool Plus slot.

Press “OK” to continue.

Please input a new blank key into Key Tool Plus slot, press “OK”.

Is the current key the smart key? No

Make dealer key success. Press “OK”.

Add Key

Add key >> Yes

Put a new key into Key Tool Plus slot, press “OK”.

Is the current key the smart key? No

The dealer key should be taken away from ignition switch.

If key is keyless, please move it out of car.

If there’s no key in ignition, continue anyway.

Press “OK”.

New dealer key success is written to CAS system.

You can start engine with the new key now. If cant please use the original working key first.

Press “OK”.

The new key can start the engine, and its remote works well.
